At 1845 Bamboo, we strive for perfection and our bamboo products must adhere to a strict quality control standard. We understand that sometimes our standard is not met and a product is delivered with a manufacturing defect...I know, it makes us sad too. Please contact us within 14 days of the order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with the tag intact.

 

Due to the special nature with the limited design releases, every effort will be made to exchange the design, for the same product if it is still available. If the product design is unavailable, you will receive store credit towards your next purchase. 

 

Please reference the sizing chart before making your purchase. We are unable to exchange a product unless it has a manufacturing defect.

Cancellations

 

Orders are handled in real time within our warehouse. Once the order is placed, we are unable to modify it in any way.
